But remember, if you live local, feel free to make your purchase online and stop in at a time that suits you and pick up your order. This way you can even sneak in a cheeky beer sample on your way through! Be warned, your order might grow before you leave the shop.
If you are looking for a refund, then it is likely that you are unhappy with the outcome of your home brew. Let us tell you, you are not the first home brewer in this situation! We want to remind you there are many reasons that your brew just doesn’t taste right. Please call us on 55 355 652 to discuss your brew so we can get to the bottom of the issue.
Unfortunately, for the most part, reasons for a bad brew are not a fault of the product themselves, that’s just the brewing game and unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if you don’t like the taste of your brew. But fear not! Our ultimate goal is to get you on track to brewing perfection. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item). All items are checked over before shipping to insure there are no breakages or damaged items.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of leaving your item with the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive your money a lot quicker.
